DANCE PICTURES AT THE STUDIO

• We’re making things simple in 2024 - an entire week of dance pictures during your child’s regular class time. No Saturday rush to get dolled up and to the studio!

• Costumes will be sent home 3/7 through 3/14 with tights.
  **Hairpieces are kept in-studio until recital so nothing goes missing**

• Child’s picture time will be when their regular class time is. If classes overlap, we will still be able to get dancers done within their allotted times - schedules stay as is, so remember that our parking lot will be full of families and let’s keep traffic as normal as possible like it were any other week of dance.

• NO COMPANY DANCE PICTURES THIS WEEK - costumes are custom made for this year’s show as part of our studio inventory and will not be done until May. A separate date (Saturday) will be scheduled for all of our Company Dancers to arrive and photography as groups/individuals.
  Company Classes: Monday 6:45p, Tuesday 7:30p, Wednesday 7:30p, Thursday 5:30p

Q: WHEN DO I PAY FOR DANCE PICTURES THIS YEAR?
A: Your picture cost was included within your dancer’s 2024 tuition, we built it all together this year to save any headaches for our parents (and extra paperwork for us)!

Q: WHAT’S THE TURNAROUND FOR PICTURES?
A: It will take a couple of weeks since all of our photography and editing is done in house between Miss Cally (photographer) + Miss Ally (graphic design + editing). You will have things before show without a doubt, but we’re hoping by Mother’s Day weekend to have thing sent out.

Q: HOW WILL PICS BE DELIVERED TO ME?
A: We will be creating individual galleries for every dance family via Pixieset so that galleries can be added to each season, that way if you forget to print or download photos they are still accessible.
